About me

Bringing a fresh approach to house sales. Run by a dynamic husband and wife team to ensure that the process of selling your home is as positive as it possibly can be, without the need for you (the customer) to pay the huge fees often favoured by traditional estate agents.

Chris and Leanne Abraham will support you from the the initial consultation to talk about your wants and needs right through to finally handing your keys over. Their aim is to ensure that your selling experience is smooth, hassle free, inexpensive and fully supported every step of the way.

To ensure affordable prices, we do not run a high street office, or a large team. Chris will travel to speak to you from the privacy of your own home whilst experiencing your property first hand.

Your property is listed online on Rightmove and Zoopla and advertised for sale across popular social media channels with high quality photography and a floorplan to ensure that it is presented in the best possible way to the maximum amount of potential buyers. In addition to this, all of your viewings will be accompanied by Chris or Leanne unless you choose to do them yourself. We work hard to keep unnecessary overheads down and pass the savings directly onto the customer via lower fees.

Chris and Leanne cover all areas from The Vale of Glamorgan to Swansea, working predominantly in Porthcawl, Port Talbot, Cornelly, Bridgend and the surrounding areas however they can and will work outside of these areas if the customer is happy to do their own viewings.
